 | Does Your Body HURT Everywhere? This might be why |
|
|
Hi there, |
If you've been told you just have to "learn to live with" fibromyalgia, I need you to hear this: that's not true. Over the last 25 years, I've helped thousands of patients overcome fibromyalgia — not by covering up symptoms with more drugs, but by treating the root causes. And tonight, I'm sharing the exact system I use to get people started. |
Fibromyalgia affects primarily women — about 95% of those diagnosed are between the ages of 20 and 50. It's estimated that 2–8% of the population has it, and it's not just a North American problem. Over my career, I've worked with patients in at least 15 different countries. It's worldwide, and it's been around for centuries. |
The problem is that most doctors don't understand fibromyalgia. Many still don't believe it's real. Those who do usually have nothing to offer beyond prescriptions. It takes the average person 7 to 12 years just to get a diagnosis — and then they're told to learn to live with it. I've never understood how someone can say that to a person who's bedridden, who's given up their social life, their career, their hobbies. |
You can't drug your way out of fibromyalgia. There are just too many symptoms. But you can address the root causes — and you can start seeing real results within two weeks. |
|
Why Drugs Alone Don't Work |
|
Medications like Neurontin, Lyrica, and gabapentin come with side effects that ironically mirror fibromyalgia itself — diffuse pain, nerve pain, poor sleep, brain fog, and weight gain of up to 10 pounds a month. Long-term, the research shows that over a 15-year period on conventional medications, fibromyalgia patients are no better off — and often worse. |
Antidepressants? Studies show they're no better than a sugar pill 70% of the time. They don't make serotonin — they only help you hold onto what you already have. If your tank is empty, a fuel additive isn't going to help. You need fuel. |
Sleep medications increase your risk of death by 500% across the board. That's not to scare you — it's to motivate you to find a more natural way to fall asleep and stay asleep. |
The estimated lifetime healthcare cost for someone with fibromyalgia is nearly $2 million, with $600,000 of that out of pocket. You don't want to just treat fibromyalgia. You want to overcome it. |

The Jumpstart Protocols: Where Real Healing Begins |
|
Years ago, I developed what I call the Jumpstart Protocols — a system designed to quickly and dramatically improve pain, fatigue, poor sleep, and irritable bowel. This replaced IV therapy and the 15–20 random bottles people were bringing home from the health food store. It's four products that work together to lay the foundation for everything else in your healing journey. |
The Fibro Formula — This is the cornerstone. It contains high doses of magnesium, malic acid, CoQ10, B vitamins, all the essential minerals, and amino acids (the building blocks of your hormones). People with fibromyalgia are notoriously low in these nutrients. The Recommended Dietary Allowance — established in the 1930s — gives you just enough to avoid scurvy, not enough to make any difference in your pain, energy, or sleep. You'd have to take who-knows-how-many bottles of Centrum Silver just to equal one dose of the Fibro Formula. |
5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) — Derived from the amino acid L-tryptophan, 5-HTP is the raw material your body needs to make serotonin. The higher your serotonin, the higher your pain threshold. The higher your serotonin, the better your mood, mental clarity, and gut function. When combined with the nutrients in the Fibro Formula, 5-HTP produces serotonin naturally — and increases your natural sleep hormone melatonin by 200%. |
Digestive Enzymes — 70% of people with fibromyalgia have irritable bowel syndrome. If you're not digesting and absorbing your food properly, nothing else works. Leaky gut, yeast overgrowth, food allergies, bloating, gas, reflux — these are all quickly addressed once your digestive system is functioning again. |
Adrenal Cortex — This is the game changer I want to focus on today. |
|
Your Adrenal Glands: The Key to Stopping Fibro Flares |
|
Your adrenal glands are tiny — about the size of peas — sitting on top of your kidneys. But their job is enormous. Every time you encounter stress, your adrenals release cortisol to help you cope. |
In the beginning, stress triggers adrenaline — that burst of energy you feel when you swerve to avoid something on the road or get startled at a movie. That's fight-or-flight, and it's short-lived. |
But fibromyalgia isn't short-lived stress. It's chronic. Years of poor sleep. Doctors who don't understand. Medications that create more problems. Eventually, your adrenal glands simply can't keep up. When cortisol production drops, inflammation and pain skyrocket. You become vulnerable to fibro flares. Loud noises, bright lights, even minor activity can set you off. You find yourself rationing your energy — What can I handle this week without crashing? |
Here's what I see constantly: someone starts sleeping better with 5-HTP and the Fibro Formula. They have a good day. So they overdo it — grocery store, cook dinner, clean the house. Then they're in bed for two or three days. That's an adrenal crash. Until you fix the adrenals, you're vulnerable to flares no matter how well you sleep. |
Cortisol is a potent anti-inflammatory. Think of it like a natural steroid. You've probably had a steroid injection for a sinus infection or knee pain or a dose pack — that's synthetic cortisol reducing inflammation. The adrenal cortex supplement in the Jumpstart pack is not like taking a prescription steroid. You won't gain weight. You won't suppress your immune system. It's designed to reset your adrenal glands. One at breakfast, one at lunch — and within a couple of weeks you'll notice more energy, less pain, and most importantly, more stamina. |
|
How to Self-Test for Adrenal Fatigue |
|
You can check your adrenal function at home with two simple tests: |
The Pupil Test: Go into a dark bathroom and cover one eye. Shine a penlight into the uncovered eye while looking in the mirror. Your pupil should constrict and stay small. If it shrinks but then dilates again within about 30 seconds, that's a sign of adrenal fatigue. |
The Blood Pressure Test: Take your blood pressure lying down, then stand up and take it again within 30 seconds (left arm out at heart level). The top number — systolic — should go up when you stand. If it stays the same or drops, that's another sign. |
If you have fibromyalgia, I can tell you — your adrenal glands are almost certainly struggling. |
|
The Mitochondria Connection |
There's another critical piece. Research shows that the majority of people with fibromyalgia have deficient and decoupled mitochondria — the power plants inside every cell. When mitochondria aren't working, your cells can't communicate, can't produce anti-inflammatory chemicals, and can't generate energy. |
Under chronic stress, mitochondria enter what's called the Cell Danger Response — they behave as if the body is under attack. It doesn't matter if the threat is real or perceived. Energy plummets. Pain increases. |
The fix? Give your mitochondria the raw materials they need — high-dose magnesium, malic acid, CoQ10, amino acids, and B vitamins. That's exactly what the Fibro Formula provides. For a deeper dive, read my article on the Cell Danger Response in Fibromyalgia at yourfibrodocor.com. |

The Weight-Inflammation Connection |
|
If you're carrying extra weight, losing it can be one of the most powerful things you do. You store inflammatory chemicals in fat cells — especially visceral belly fat — and those chemicals are released all day long, increasing pain, draining energy, and raising your risk of heart disease. |
The problem is that fibromyalgia tanks your metabolism, making weight loss feel impossible. That's why I developed a weight loss program using natural, non-stimulating homeopathic drops that suppress ghrelin (your hunger hormone) and increase leptin (your fullness signal). My patients typically lose about half a pound a day — roughly 15 pounds in 30 days — with no prepackaged foods, no shots, no drugs, and no calorie counting. |
When that weight comes off, the reduction in pain and the increase in energy and mental clarity can be dramatic. |
|
Can You Actually Overcome Fibromyalgia? |
Yes. I have dozens and dozens of patient testimonials from people who have done exactly that. But fibromyalgia is like type 2 diabetes — it's always there. If you stop doing the things that got you well, it will come back. The key is building up your stress-coping chemicals, repairing your sleep, and staying proactive about your health. |
This isn't about quick fixes. It's the same step-by-step approach I've used with thousands of patients over 25 years to help them address the root cause — not just cover up the symptoms. |
